This Goblin bracer, perfectly preserved in the lair of a pair of Goblin Wights in the Valmorgen Sewers, make you slightly more adept in parrying the melee attacks of your opponents. Drawback is that, like all other Goblin itemry, it makes you less intelligent, which may deter spellcasters from using this bracer.
The origins of the Goblin bracer is unknown, but legends have it that it was given to one of the the greatest of Goblin Overlords in history by non other than Grum Gog himself. After this Overlord was slain by a drunk Warrior of Discord however, who didn't recover the bracer for himself, it got lost, presumably forever, until today.
