One of the Gnome Champions of Thallis found a secret way to convert the Sneaky Reinforced Cloak into a Lucky cloak in some ruins of a Krolm's Anvil settlement. Altough the formula has been long lost, several of these Lucky cloaks can still be found amongst gnomes in Thallis.
