Obtaining the quest[]
Visit Merlan in the Wizard Tower after completing the Look for Lupusweed quest
- Message when quest is obtained: "(sigh) Now my staff is gone. I think you know where to look. Leave that Lupusweed on the table, will you?"

Walkthrough[]
Explore the Dark Forest until you find the werewolf village Lycanthria. Search there until you find a dwelling encounter (Smash through the window!), kill the enemies there (Vargs, Werewolves, and a Greater Werewolf), and claim the staff.

Opens up the next quest: Moonglow Water.
